Activities

From east to west, north to south, various beautiful views of Ito,
Izu and Izu-Kogen can be enjoyed.

The crater at the summit of the mountain is around 300m across, with a circumference of 1000m and a depth of 70m. From Mt. Fuji to the Southern Japanese Alps, Izu Islands and the Boso Peninsula, walking the length of the circumference, otherwise known as taking a “crater tour”, offers an unmissable 360° panoramic view of the surrounding scenery.
