Please Be Aware
Walking the circumference of the crater (approx. 1,000m) takes about 20-30 minutes, so please allow plenty of time for your visit.
Even during business hours, it may not be possible to walk.

Tickets are only for round trips and are valid for the day of purchase only. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, electronic money, and QR code payment. Once a ticket has been presented, refunds will not be provided, except for company-related issues.
Pre-school children ride for free.

The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever in the event of an accident, etc., except in cases where the accident is attributable to the Company.
In the event of lightning, sudden gusts of wind, or heavy winds (according to the Large-Scale Earthquake Countermeasure Act), you may be asked to leave the mountain immediately.
*Refunds for fares will not be issued to passengers who have already purchased a ticket.
However, exceptions may be made if the lift has been suspended due to factors attributable to the Company. If the equipment is damaged or breakdown occurs due to intentional shaking etc. of the lift, the customer may be charged for damages. We are not responsible for any injuries to your pets or injuries caused by other guests.
*There may be cases in which the Company may restrict boarding in accordance with safety management regulations (Railway Business Act).
Mt. Omuro is a designated national natural monument. As such, climbing the mountain on foot is not permitted for preservation purposes.

Please Be Aware
You must be over 140cm tall in order to safely use the provided archery equipment. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to participate.
Those under the influence of alcohol or guests with pets are also not permitted.
During busy periods, please keep to one group per target. Please use the archery equipment provided at the location (do not bring equipment from outside).
Only those taking part in the archery experience may enter the archery grounds.

Handrails and ramps
Slopes and handrails are installed throughout for easy access by wheelchair users, mobility aid users, and the elderly.
Wheelchairs available
The colorful wheelchairs available at the summit can be used to enjoy all the paths except for the “crater tour” path. They are fitted with easily removable covers in case they get muddy on the grass.
